Honey Glazed Pork Spareribs. PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients.

Pork Spare ribs , Honey ,Brown Sugar

Soy sauce, Ginger, Garlic, Red Vinegar

Olive Oil

Procedure.

  1. Seal the pork spare ribs in a hot pan for them to have a Golden colour.
  2. Caramelise the brown sugar in a pan adding honey then our grated ginger and Garlic
  3. As the sauce reduces add spare ribs and allow them to simmer 45 min.
  4. Correct the seasoning using soy sauce

 

Serve hot accompanied with salad and French fries.
