Ingredients. 2 pcs Red capsicum 2 pcs Green Capsicum 2 pcs Yellow Capsicum A pinch of salt A pinch of white pepper 2 table spoon olive oil Red lettuce Procedure. 1. Clean all the Capsicum well 2. Slice the Capsicum into thin slices 3. Mix together using hand gloves and season with salt and pepper. 4. Use Olive oil to make them shinny and to enhance the taste.
You can garnish our salad using red lettuce. Serve cold.
